Whats Next!!! Queen Creek HOA wants to charge residents $750 more

In the article (linked below) the Queen Creek San Tan Heights HOA wants the already fed up homeowners to suck it up and pay more. It seems like just another bailout. You know, first the banks then the auto industry. Maybe the HOA should stand in front of congress to explain why they even took over a bankrupt fund. The builders have to take some blame and come up with their portion of the money. San Tan Heights is a wonderful community with very nice common areas and views. I hope that the voters demand that the HOA board goes after the builders no matter how long it takes.
